A Resource Manager can see a heatmap view of all resources under their job family. This provides a 12 month view which can be filtered to show a historic or future view of capacity and allocations. Note: A Resource Administrator can view a heatmap for all job families.
Click on the Resourcing tab in the navigation menu at the top of the screen and click on the teal flyout arrow to select ‘Heatmap’.
The heatmap shows the individual resources and their remaining availability:
- Green: 0-24% allocated
- Amber: 50 - 75% allocated
- Amber/Red: 76 - 99% allocated
- Red: 100% allocated.
Click on a month in the heatmap to reveal a pop-up which will list all allocations that have been assigned to that user.
